How is ALT different from GoHighLevel?

Does ALT include SMS?
SMS phone numbers and AI auto-reply are on the Pro plan and above. Twilio messaging is billed at cost via your subaccount — ballpark ~$0.0083 per US SMS at typical agent volume — and the live rate is shown in Settings → Messaging.
What about TCPA, 10DLC, and consent?
You are the sender of record on every message. ALT registers your 10DLC brand + campaign during onboarding and includes opt-out detection, auto-honored STOP, and consent timestamps on every contact. The legal exposure for messaging without consent is still yours — we just make compliance the path of least resistance.
Can I import contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. CSV import takes about two minutes. Direct GoHighLevel sync is available on Pro plans and up.
